DELIVERY

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from Antwerp, Belgium.

All deliveries are shipped by Bpost.

 

Standard shipping time is approximately 3-5 workdays. Most packages will usually find its way to the final address in 10 workdays.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays.

Note that all customs duties, taxes or fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

If you like to make a return, please send an e-mail to info@vega-basics.com within 10 days of order delivery. Please provide your name, order number, order date and your return reason.

If you apply for a refund, please include your IBAN number. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

We only accept returns of goods that are undamaged and unworn (hangtags included). Items that were bought in SALE are final and will not be eligible for return at any time.

If the returned items are in unfit condition and don’t have the original labels on them, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The items can be send back at the client’s cost.
